Rakks Top Green Architecture Firms, based on LEED information

No one can deny the prominence of green building in the architecture industry today. Talks of sustainability, eco-friendly products and materials and the achievement of high LEED rankings have begun to go hand-in-hand as architects plan future projects or look to renovate existing spaces. Rakks is proud to have been involved in a number of green architecture projects, many LEED certified, throughout the years and continues to support the sustainable building movement as we enter 2011.

For the following firms, ranked as the top 10 green architecture firms by Architect Magazine, green is not only a project focus but also a value upheld through everyday organizational operations. Rankings are based on the percentage of LEED projects the company has been involved in, the percentage of LEED Accredited Professionals working at the firm and a “Green Culture” value determined by the level of environmental focus within company operations.
